Scenario 1

¢   葉XX, 59-year-old married Taiwanese woman. She was brought to ER due to she was suffering from progressive dyspnea with fever for three days. In addition, she also felt swelling on her both lower extremities. The symptoms are getting worsen and unbearable; therefore she came to ER for help.  

   葉女士，59歲已婚女性。她由於漸進式的呼吸困難以及發燒三天，所以被送到急診。除此之外，雙側較低的肢體末端感到腫脹。症狀越來越糟糕且不舒服；所以她到急診尋求協助。
